Several months ago I contacted Cha Accountants regarding overdue returns for my SMSF. I was quite worried about any ramifications from the ATO for being late. I arranged an interview with Cha and she made me feel quite at ease after the first visit as to how she could help me to get everything up to date and compliant once again. The service I received during this time was nothing but professional and friendly. I was amazed at how quickly my returns were all completed and lodged. For anyone looking for an accountant to help with their SMSF returns, I can highly recommend CHA accountants. I had been let down by a previous accountant that had failed to lodge returns and other forms, and then went missing! I was in a very difficult place. I found CHA Accountants through a google search in the Brisbane area, and after briefing Cha on the situation, she had everything sorted out in no time at all. ( and at a reasonable cost ) She was able to complete and lodge all required paperwork to get 2 years of returns finalised, and also gave me pointers on planning issues going forward. Had an appointment booked with whom I thought was going to help me out with my tax return, it turns out that CHA the lady running the business and her assistant, just prior my appointment had cancelled (VIA TEXT) on me saying that they had more important business to look after: such as an “auction”!After a brief call with her awkward assistant that didn’t even spoke English, Mrs Cha called me back saying she couldn’t remember neither our appointment , time scheduled or all the datas and information that I already sent to her, well I obviously showed her my disappointment and hang up…but eventually after 10 minute I received another text from her saying now she found my TFN and all she needed.I never thought/heard anything so UNPLEASANT and UNPROFESSIONAL from an accountant.Terrible service

Having read all the very positive reviews on Cha Accountants I gather my courage and call Cha.I was in a real bad state of mind, ever so fearful of the consequences as I had not done my tax returns for many years. That phone call to Cha was the best thing I did, I explained to Cha my situation and fearful frame of mind. Thank you so much Cha and Helen. I was 15 returns in arrears and had lost some PAYG summaries but Helen put me at my ease on the first phone call advising that all issues could easily be dealt with. A few days later after a meeting lasting only just over 2 hours I had 15 returns completed, signed and ready for lodging, with a nice refund due. Cha and Helen were so professional but with a friendly manner that totally removed my stress. Cha talked me through the process and prompted me for the information needed to complete my returns fully. I left with a great weight removed from my shoulders. I highly recommend Cha Accountants! I was a first-time Client in December 2017 with 8 years of tax returns needing to be processed and lodged. From the initial phone call through until I received my refunds earlier this month, I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Cha and her Assistant, Helen. Everything they promised they would do, they delivered on! This included quick responses to my phone calls and emails when required. Cha also went above and beyond with this by replying to an email during their Christmas/New Year shutdown period (and it was in the early hours of Saturday morning after me sending the email on the Friday)!
